After amassing years of experience as a software engineer and later acting CTO for several tech startups, the Columbia University graduate decided to create his own path. Noticing the difficulty that many tech startups have keeping up with the staffing demand of their engineering departments, Justin set out to start a company that could help companies fill out their teams with the talent that they needed, while maximizing their value.
